Returns and Exchanges


Conditions to qualify Return and Exchange.

1.) Item must be in marketable condition
2.) See below the allowable number of days for return including the shipping period.
3.) Exchange of items is are allowed in the retail/physical stores.

Non-returnable: Consumer batteries (disposable)

4.) Shipping and handling cost incurred are non-refundable
5.) Shipping and handling cost involved in exchanging/returning and sending back the item will be shouldered by the customer.
6.) Special cases for damage/broken items delivered or wrong item sent can be reported for special considerations of exchange

Procedure for returning / exchanging items

Notify the company via email (shop@batteries-gadgets.com) immediately within 24 hours starting from the date of delivery. Specify the reason for returning the item/s and the color and/or size of replacement.
The company will inform the customer if the item for exchange is available. If available, the company will immediately advise the customer to send back the item to the standard return address within 24 hours of receipt of email notification. Our online shop customer service team is available Monday through Saturday (excluding public holidays) from 10am-6pm (Philippines time). The customer may also bring the item in our physical store for replacement provided the customer must bring their payment receipt. (please check our list of outlets)

Refunds

Refunds cannot be entertained for return items. They can only be replaced by items of a similar amount or lower.

Defective / damaged items 

Item/s delivered with factory defect/s must be reported immediately within 24 hours upon receipt of item/s. Item/s returned that is described as damaged or defective will be tested and inspected. If found defective or damaged, batteries-gadgets.com will replace the item and pay for the appropriate shipping cost to send item to customer. 

Order process

All orders placed before 3.00PM between Mondays to Fridays, Philippine time (GMT+8:00), will be processed and ship on the next business day.

Items ordered after these cut-off times will be processed on the next business day. Processing and delivery of all items received on weekends and non-working holidays will be attended to the next business day.

Delivery time and shipping cost will vary depending on the courier company you choose as indicated in your order receipt.
